For this second “meeting” with Pinko we wanted to escape the sterile studios where everything is carefully planned, curated, and tailor-made for the photographer to embrace only beauty, even at the cost of some inconvenience. Our choice eventually fell on Carrara and the marble from the Fantiscritti quarry, a little-known corner of Tuscany where sea, sun, air, and earth gently embrace on summer days, creating the ideal backdrop we were looking for for this new collaboration.
